We MUST Be Prepared!

With all that I've seen and heard over my lifetime, there's not a lot that surprises me anymore. People do unbelievable things and there are events taking place that I never thought I would be aware of. But I know that God has never been surprised or shocked, because He has seen everything...every sin that has ever been committed, He has heard every evil and hateful thought that has crossed the minds of mankind. But the things that I read in scripture that will come upon the earth will totally astound and shock the world. And anyone who is not prepare to face it will be deceived, will be horrified and according to scripture, people will beg the rocks to fall on them for fear of what God reveals will take place.

I said all that to say this...PLEASE make sure you are prepared for what God's Word clearly describes. And we prepare by drawing nearer to God than ever before by studying His Word and knowing Him intimately though prayer and worship. Committing our lives 100% to Jesus Christ is the only Shelter there will be when the world is falling apart all around us.

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." (Matthew 24:29-31)
